We started in Tashkent, building software for other people's companies. Over time we noticed the same pattern: the projects that succeeded were the ones where we had a stake in the outcome, and the ones that failed were the ones where we were paid by the hour to build whatever we were told.
So we changed the model. We take equity alongside cash and work as a product partner rather than a vendor. That means we say no to features that won't move your numbers, we tell founders when they don't need us, and we stay after launch.
