Build & Iterate
1-week sprints with weekly demos. Designs ship to staging, code merges through PR review, and you see something real every Friday. We do not hide behind Gantt charts.

- Frontend + backend in production-grade code
- CI/CD pipeline and observability stack
- First 5-10 testers onboarded by week 8

Weeks 11-12
Launch & Handover
We deploy to production, transfer ownership of cloud accounts, and document everything. Your team can keep us on retainer or run it solo - it is your code, fully transferable.
