Process

From idea to launched product in 8-12 weeks.

A milestone-driven process built around weekly demos, written decisions, and production code from day one.

  1. 01

    Weeks 1-2

    Discovery & Architecture

We understand your customer, your thesis, and the riskiest assumption to test first. We finish week 2 with a written product spec, architecture diagram, and a kickoff package signed by both sides.

    Deliverables

    • Customer interviews & competitive scan
    • Product roadmap & v1 scope
    • Tech stack and architecture diagram
    • Statement of work + equity terms (for co-build)
  2. 02

    Weeks 3-10

    Build & Iterate

1-week sprints with weekly demos. Designs ship to staging, code merges through PR review, and you see something real every Friday. We do not hide behind Gantt charts.

    Deliverables

    • Design system in Figma
    • Frontend + backend in production-grade code
    • CI/CD pipeline and observability stack
    • First 5-10 testers onboarded by week 8
  3. 03

    Weeks 11-12

    Launch & Handover

We deploy to production, transfer ownership of cloud accounts, and document everything. Your team can keep us on retainer or run it solo - it is your code, fully transferable.

    Deliverables

    • Production deployment & DNS handover
    • Runbooks and on-call documentation
    • Investor-ready demo and metrics dashboard
    • 30/60/90 day post-launch checkpoints

Operating principles

How we run the build.

Demos every Friday.

No surprises at month-end. You see real product progress weekly.

Written everything.

Decisions documented. Tradeoffs logged. Architecture diagrammed. Future-you will thank present-you.

Production from day one.

We do not build prototypes that need to be rebuilt. The code that ships in week 12 is the code that scales to year three.

Real users by week 8.

We refuse to launch without external validation. First testers onboard well before launch day.

Ready to co-build?

Tell us about your idea. If we are a fit, we kick off in 7-10 days.
