Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Engagement contracts

Any project engagement (MVP Co-Build, MVP Studio, Staffing, Advisory) is governed by a separately signed Statement of Work and Master Services Agreement, which take precedence over these terms.

3. Intellectual property

Site content (logo, copy, design) is owned by Steppe Venture Builders. Project IP follows the terms in your signed SOW; default is full work-for-hire to the client, with SVB retaining only an equity stake (if applicable) in the company.

4. Equity arrangements

Equity components are governed by a separate equity agreement, including standard founder vesting, anti-dilution, and information-rights provisions.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared during scoping and delivery as confidential. We will sign a mutual NDA on request before any deep scoping conversation.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cash amount paid under the relevant SOW. We carry professional indemnity coverage adequate for the engagements we take on.

7. Governing law

Engagements default to Delaware law for US clients, English law for GCC and EU clients, and Uzbek law for Central Asian clients - unless otherwise agreed in the SOW.
