- Shipped cohort, self-paced and hybrid learning modes with modules, lessons, assignments and live sessions
- Delivered a creator-side admin for curriculum, students, mentors, payments and analytics
- Integrated payments, CRM and content workflows so operators run the program without engineering
- Launched Founders School by Startup Garage as the flagship deployment - a fully branded instance running on Steppe Lab
- Designed a theming and domain layer so each creator's instance feels native to their brand, not a generic template
